Our southern neighbors discover the 'Japanese toilet'
You might expect that the concept of shower toilet, or at least the bidet, is more common in Belgium than in the Netherlands.
However, the French influence and the French language have not ensured that the bidet has become naturalized: in Belgium, just like with us, people are used to sweeping with
a piece of paper. Fortunately, there is also a change going on in Belgium, just like with us. The Shower Toilet or as it is increasingly called: The Japanese Toilet, is being discovered!
And appreciated! Have a look at the enthusiastic reaction that this young man gave to the Belgian television when he was allowed to try 1 of his 3 shower toilets in Gert Verhulst's house.
